SECTION 3 — ADMIN USER ACCESS & RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Admin users hold elevated portal privileges.
By becoming an Admin, you agree to:

  1. Access only the data of users from your own organization.
  2. Not export, copy, or misuse partner user data.
  3. Not share dashboard contents with external parties.
  4. Protect login details and prevent unauthorized access.
  5. Ensure warranty data is submitted in compliance with law and customer consent.
  6. Immediately report suspicious activity.

Violation may lead to:

  • Account suspension
  • Reporting to your organization
  • Legal action by 3C3
SECTION 4 — WARRANTY APPLICATION POLICY

This applies to Admin Users submitting warranty claims.

4.1 Authorized Use

Admins may submit:

    • Product warranty (for 1,2,3 year(s)) claims
    • Solution warranty (25 years) claims

on behalf of customers.

4.2 Required Information

You may be required to provide:

    • Customer details
    • Product details
    • Serial numbers
    • Purchase proof
    • Installation documentation
    • Test reports
    • Photographs or PDFs
    • Issue description

4.3 User Responsibility

You confirm that:

    • You are authorized to submit the claim
    • You have obtained customer consent for sharing documents
    • All submitted information is accurate
    • No fraudulent or irrelevant files are uploaded

4.4 3C3 Rights

3C3 may:

    • Request additional verification
    • Reject incomplete or fraudulent claims
    • Use submitted data solely for warranty validation
    • Retain documents for legal or audit purposes
SECTION 5 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3C3 is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, profit, or opportunities
  • Misuse of Admin privileges
  • Data loss or technical interruptions
  • Improper or incorrect details for warranty submissions by partners
  • Actions of users within partner organizations
SECTION 6 — GOVERNING LAW

All policies in this document are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
