SECTION 3 — ADMIN USER ACCESS & RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
Admin users hold elevated portal privileges.
By becoming an Admin, you agree to:
- Access only the data of users from your own organization.
- Not export, copy, or misuse partner user data.
- Not share dashboard contents with external parties.
- Protect login details and prevent unauthorized access.
- Ensure warranty data is submitted in compliance with law and customer consent.
- Immediately report suspicious activity.
Violation may lead to:
- Account suspension
- Reporting to your organization
- Legal action by 3C3
SECTION 4 — WARRANTY APPLICATION POLICY
This applies to Admin Users submitting warranty claims.
4.1 Authorized Use
Admins may submit:
- Product warranty (for 1,2,3 year(s)) claims
- Solution warranty (25 years) claims
on behalf of customers.
4.2 Required Information
You may be required to provide:
- Customer details
- Product details
- Serial numbers
- Purchase proof
- Installation documentation
- Test reports
- Photographs or PDFs
- Issue description
4.3 User Responsibility
You confirm that:
- You are authorized to submit the claim
- You have obtained customer consent for sharing documents
- All submitted information is accurate
- No fraudulent or irrelevant files are uploaded
4.4 3C3 Rights
3C3 may:
- Request additional verification
- Reject incomplete or fraudulent claims
- Use submitted data solely for warranty validation
- Retain documents for legal or audit purposes
SECTION 5 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3C3 is not liable for:
- Loss of business, profit, or opportunities
- Misuse of Admin privileges
- Data loss or technical interruptions
- Improper or incorrect details for warranty submissions by partners
- Actions of users within partner organizations
SECTION 6 — GOVERNING LAW
All policies in this document are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
